FLEXIBLE QUANTITIES, BASED ON YOUR REQUIREMENT

For clients exploring fabrics or requiring initial samples, selected fabrics from our current Design Studio Collection can be offered from approximately 1 metre.
For clients unable to visit personally, we also offer a scheduled virtual tour of our Design Studio, allowing selections to be made conveniently through a video call.
When selecting remotely, we request clients to consider the limitations of viewing fabric through a screen. Hand feel, texture and exact colour perception cannot be fully reproduced digitally, so reasonable flexibility is important. Purchases made following remote selection are considered final.

For new custom developments or repeat requirements in printed textiles, quantities may start from approximately 10 metres, depending on the design, process and development requirements.
This may include:
Running / all-over printing
Palla / engineered / placement printing
Multi-colour designs
Printed plain-colour effects
Other suitable print developments
The actual quantity and process are determined after reviewing the design, fabric, process requirements and available production resources.

For mill-dyed solid plain colours, approximately 300 metres may represent a suitable operational quantity for regular production, depending on the fabric, colour and processing requirements.
For development and sampling, we may sometimes undertake smaller quantities where there is genuine potential for subsequent business and the requirement is quality-focused rather than purely price-driven.
Smaller runs carry a disproportionate share of fixed processing costs such as machine setup, electricity, labour, colour adjustments, chemicals, washing, fixing and processing time. Therefore, small-quantity development is normally priced differently from larger production.

For suitable print prototypes or approvals, digital printing may be available from 1 piece of approximately 20 × 20 inches, without screen-making costs.
Digital printing is primarily a prototype option and is not necessarily the most suitable process for every design. Where appropriate, we can advise whether digital or screen printing is better suited to the design, colour requirements, quantity and intended result.

For planning purposes, production quantities are often considered in the range of approximately 700–1,000 metres per colour/design.
This is not a fixed MOQ.
The appropriate production quantity depends on the fabric, construction, dyeing or printing process, design complexity, finishing requirements, machine considerations and overall commercial feasibility.
